Celia woodheart ffxiv3/22/2023 ![]() Even with plus, this is easily manipulable. The 3 star cards have 8 8's in the corners, and are specifically chosen to compliment each other. Furthermore it also has a 9 in situations where you don't care about plus rule. The 4 star card "F'lhaminn" is chosen because its easily obtainable, and it has the same number to both left and right. His AA is right and down, and therefor you want to force the end game spots to be top left, to maximize his potential. Squall is probably by far the easiest 5 star card with double A to get, barring very good drop RNG. They're all corner cards, with the exception of the 4 star: Most of the cards chosen were picked due to their numbers, which corner they cover and how they compliment the 5 Star, while being "easily" obtainable. But if you know how to play 'plus' you probably don't need help making decks. But in general, this works pretty well, except for the 'plus' mechanic. You'll still need to adapt and change decks per NPC to play around their cheating, as well as have a deck with small cards for the 'reverse' mechanic. Cards that grab non-corner sides are generally too vulnurable to be captured by ANYTHING on the 2 other sides. ![]() Optionally, 1 of the cards can be something like suzaku or an equivalent, that has 7s on 3 sides as filler. And can lose to basic 3 star cards.ģ 3star cards with 8s on both sides to be able to grab any corner you do not grab with your 5-4 stars. Avoid opening up the 7, as a rule of thumb, anything below 8 is generally 'bad'. ![]() You can either start with the card to guarantee the corner you want to start with (not recommended), or hold off untill you can do 1-2 flips with it.ġ 4star card that can cover 3 sides with 7 or higher (usually 7-8-9) as most of them are like that. My go-to deck-building was to grab 1 5star card that has As on 2 sides, this lets you take a corner uncontested and always have an option to do a flip. (NPCS cheat can have have multiple 5 and 4 stars in their deck) I kinda just jumped in it with trial and error and went by NPCs abilities, and the limits the deck gives me. I understood nothing from this other than "use these cards as a good starter that have 8s on the sides" which is not a bad suggestion. F'lhaminn 20kĪs you progress, replace cards with 6's with cards that have a 6 + a 7 side, or better. This deck aims to use a little less than 60k. Optional - Phoebad - Level 69 FATE, The Lochs, "Tall Tale" - Big fate so advice at least 2 or 3 people.Ī deck to get you going right out of the gate, albeit have to wait for friday, sat, sun or monday for fashion report.ĭeck is made to be easily obtainable through MGP (Gold Saucer Currency).īy completing fashion report you get 60k every week. The 5 and 4 star are not the "BEST" cards, however with how the game works, the 3 stars are among the best. I've included the name of the card, how to get it / or which NPC to defeat, and some alternatives. It should be enough to defeat most if not every npc (except reverse ruleset). For those interested in pursuing the mini-game Triple Triad, here's a reasonably easily obtainable "good" deck for beating NPCs.
